reel since the invention of the

talking movie picture, Marlon Brandos character, Terry Malloy is on of the greatest performances in film history that

probably opened the door of responsibility to the transition of conventional acting, and new styles and methods of intertwining life on and off screen

together. And not to mention that for the cenamatic details of on the water front are amazing. The shots in that movie could be painted into beautiful

still portraits of underhanded crime on the lower end of the economic food chain.
